BANTA, Director <br />April 10, 1989 <br />Mr. Phil Allard, Geologist <br />U.S. Bureau of Land Management <br />Craig District <br />455 Emerson Street <br />Craig, Colorado 81625 <br />Dear Mr. Allard: <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on <br />April 07, 1989, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct coal <br />mining operations, File No. C-81-010 (TR - 45), by Trapper Mining Inc, Box <br />187, Craig, CO 81626, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All <br />reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise the sequencing of the surface coal mining <br />operations on all or portions of Sections 25, 26, 32, 35 and 36 of T6N, R91W <br />of the 6th P.M., and Section 2 of T5N, R91W. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Castor Gulch, Colorado. A copy of the technical revision application is <br />available for public inspection at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 W Victory <br />Way, Craig, CO.
