The county requirements for this trailer are that we provide 8" deep x 16"
wide footers at ground level under structural floor supports so that concrete blocking can be
installed and that the trailer be skirted and vented to code. The axle and wheel assemblies will
remain on the trailer to allow it to be relocated or removed, whichever should occur first.
I have enclosed copies of the permits and the site plan for your inspection. I did want to inform
you that since we were in a situation of providing a bond instrument with you for our waste oil
containment structure, that currently is under review, we asked our bonding company to increase
that bond to $10,000.00 to perhaps cover the additional bond that you may require for this
request. I have spoken to Tom Gillis in your Durango office about his follow-up letter on our
waste oil structure and informed him of our desire to get this office trailer situation resolved as
quickly as possible so that it is in place before the start of our building season.
Per our conversation, I have enclosed a check in the amount of $150.00 for the application
revision fee as required. Thank you for your help, and please call with any questions.
Sincer y,
Whitfie
ride vel, Inc.
