We must
issue our decision no later than May 26, 1990; however, the following concern
must be resolved before we can issue an approval. If you cannot respond by
May 26, 1990, then a continuance must be requested.
Pond B Small Area Exemption-
We must require some type of alternate sediment control structure, unless a
demonstration is provided to verify compliance with Rule 4.05.2(3). Please
consider installing a berm system. We understand that the berm may cause
excessive water accumulation; therefore, you may want to install a rock filter
at some lower relief area along the berm. The revised page Permit Renewal
780-208-4 and the revised Map 9A must be changed to reflect any structure
added at the pond B location.
Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
Sincerely,
i
Reclamation Specialist
DAB/yjb
cc: Jim Stevens
III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
STAT~OF CGi.v~iLv
7243E
