Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On June 6, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on March 19, 2007, addressing the following: <br />Change mining method to Include dewatering of the pat. <br />Please note the memos enclosed with this notice and be aware that the guidelines contained in these memos are <br />considered to be a portion of the amendment. The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby <br />incorporated into Permit No. M-1996-008. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1996-008 remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $18,921.00 remains the same; therefore the bond currently held is adequate.
