I based this estimate
on the same method employed when estimating the reclamation of
Minor Revision No. 73.
Some information that was not contained in the revision that was
needed to conduct the estimate were estimated. These items
include:
- Widths of access roads were assumed to be 12 ft.
- Diameter of development drill holes was based on previous
exploration drilling at 5.63 inches.
one item you may want to follow up on, is the BLM in agreement with
the location of the access roads and pads. Occasionally, the White
River office has some concerns regarding archeological sites out
there.
If you or the operator have questions about the estimate
calculations, please ask.
m:\coal\jhb\c81018mr.89
