Dear Mr. Coppage:
The Division of Minerals R Geology (Division) is in receipt of the Title
Insurance Policy for the two deeded properties located in Jefferson County as
in our last correspondence dated December 6, 1996. (The two properties
I am referring to are recorded under Deed of Trust dated August 5, 1996,
:Reception No. F0280348 in the amount of $4,800,000.00. ) We find this document
in order. We find our review of the documents related to this Deed of Trust and
the Corporate Surety Bond No. 23-000-531, in addition to the corresponding
Performance Warranties, complete. We accept these documents as an adequate
reclamation bond for the above captioned permits.
Therefore, we are releasing in their entirety Deed of Trust dated
November 2, 1991, Reception No. 91108203 in the amount of $925,000.00 and Deed
of Trust dated March 29, 1994, Reception No. 94058087 in the amount of
$7,200,000.00. Please find enclosed the signed Release of Deed of Trust, Deed
of Trust documents for each property and the Financial Warranty document for the
$925,000.00 property (we have no record of retaining a Financial Warranty for the
$7,200,000.00 property) .
