In 2004, Oxbow Mining LLC assumed responsibility for 0.7 acres of the Blue Ribbon <br />-Mine disturbed azea to-build two small drillpads-for their exploration program:-These <br />actions were carried out through MR-12 at the Blue Ribbon Mine and MR-73 for Oxbow <br />Mining LLC. In 2005, an additiona12.8 acres were removed from the Blue Ribbon Mine <br />disturbed azea, and added to the Oxbow Mining LLC permit for the construction of a fan <br />site. These actions were accomplished through MR-14 for the Blue Ribbon Mine and <br />TR-49 for Oxbow Mining LLC.
