(Lafarge) has prepared the <br />following responses to the specific items referenced in your letter. <br />1) The repair of the lateral berm will be completed no later than one-year from the DMG's <br />approval date of this TR. <br />2} With regard to your specific questions concerning the low-water crossing, Lafarge has <br />prepared the following responses: <br />a) The culverts, stabilizing lines, anchor blocks, riprap, and all fill material will be <br />removed from the crossing area. The stabilizing blocks, culverts, and anchor lines will be reused <br />at another Lafarge site. The riprap and fill material will be placed in the East Rigden Pit as part <br />of the ongoing reclamation at that site. <br />b) The riverbanks on each side will be graded to a slope of not more than 3:1 and <br />typically have between 6 to 12 inches of topsoil, averaging approximately 8 inches for <br />revegetation purposes. <br />used: <br />c) Per the original approved permit, the following seed mixture and application rates are <br />Jose Tall Wheat Grass <br />Birdsfoot Treefoil <br />Western Wheatgrass <br />TOTAL PLS/Acre <br />10 PLS/acre <br />5 PLS/acre <br />5 PLS/acre <br />20 <br />Western U.6.
