Certain areas meet the
standards for phase 2 release .and one area in particular does
not. As you are aware, this mina was initially backfilled,
regraded and reseeded in 1986. Phase 1 release was granted and
the revegetation has progressed well over the past few years.
Please let me know if any additional materials are needed. Also,
inform me when the bond release will be conducted by the Division
so that I.can be present. 1 would like to conduct the bond
release inspection as soon as pbssible due to the current
condition,of the vegetation. Conducting 'the inspection in the
fall would be inappropriate for assessing vegetation success.
Sincerely yours,
a~
Ore9 Lewicki
Greg Lewicki and
. ~ ~F.h <~ji$.
,..~.,.,r ,.
I•~
I
I~
I
I
I
I
I
III III III II ~; <,~ .:,
999_ per{q~,`,y i~F-
~ ~ f
5a 9 ,
R
pUG 1 g 1992
Associates
