The Division, however, did not receive the $875.00 Technical <br />Revision processing fee and the Division only received one copy of the TR request. The Division cannot consider TR-4 <br />until the second copy of the entire revision and the TR processing fee are received. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your technical revision.
