Long <br /> Division Director <br />Mr. Thompson: <br />The Division has completed review of Technica l Revision #47 (TR-47), Bonding Reduction, for the Golden <br />Eagle mine and has the following questions. <br />After review of the table represented on pages Ex. 19-3 and 19-4, a number of inconsistencies were <br />noted. <br />~~~- For TR-28, all or a portion of the $29,100.00 should be represented in one of the three <br />511,`. _ A /~ columns after the Approved Bond Amount column. <br />V~ For MR-21 the Division's records indicate an approved bond amount of $40,5571.00 <br />f7K rather than $28,107.00 as indicated in the table. <br />~~ Which NOI is the $10,150.00 to be transferred to for MR-25? <br />b,~ As we discussed by phone on 9/1 1/97, a number of revisions appear to be missing from the <br />table. They are MR-I5, MR-22, MR-47, MR-68, and MR-76. For MR-68, it is unclear as <br />to where the holes are located. <br />DK For all holes represented for each revision, the correct identification of the hole is <br />necessary, either by direct name or by cross-reference to a different numbering system. <br />Many of the holes listed for each revision do not match the holes designated under the <br />original approval. Holes should somehow be indexed, similar to what was done with the <br />Final Reclamation Reports and Abandonment Reports which were done in the recent past. <br />~~ ~'~' 2. Based on the above, please make the appropriate changes to page Ex. 19-2. <br />This concludes the Division's adequacy review. Please respond assuming a deadline for Division approval <br />of 10/20/97.
