MANAGEMENT <br />The DMG's letter dated January 27, 2000 transmitted additional adequacy review comments for <br />the referenced permit renewal. Following are PCC's responses to the DMG's comments and <br />concerns: <br />Page A3-1-1 was amended to add CFO to David Duffy's titles. <br />January 12, 2000 Letter <br />a Page 14-15 was revised to indicate rock groups will be placed on the reclaimed surface of <br />CRDA-1 andCRDA-2 in accordance with Figure 14-4. It is my understanding the DMG is willing to request this oT ,rqr <br />plan in a separate permit action so this permit renewal application can be approved.
