The DMG's letter dated January 27, 2000 transmitted additional adequacy review comments for
the referenced permit renewal. Following are PCC's responses to the DMG's comments and
concerns:
Page A3-1-1 was amended to add CFO to David Duffy's titles.
January 12, 2000 Letter
a Page 14-15 was revised to indicate rock groups will be placed on the reclaimed surface of
CRDA-1 andCRDA-2 in accordance with Figure 14-4. This requirement applies only to the'
portions of the refuse disposal areas reclaimed after 1998.
e Page 14-9i was amended to state the old home site foundation, orchard remnants and the
dense stand of 20-30 foot high cottonwood trees adjacent to the old home site will not be

reclamation grading operations. It is my understanding the DMG is willing to request this oT ,rqr
plan in a separate permit action so this permit renewal application can be approved. PCC
will provide the sediment control plan for the loadout site within 60 days of the approval of
permit renewal PR-03.
