Based on my inspection of the area I
concur with this finding.
2.05.3 - Topsoil (Removal and Storage)
As we discussed, topsoil pile #2 does not currently exist and should be
deleted from the text and maps or designated as a future topsoil pile. Alsc
the small topsoil pile between the diversion and refuse pile should be
numerically designated for consistency with the other pile(s). The map (#7)
also shows a topsoil pile in the vicinity of the Nelen Portal. Does this
exist?
2.05.3(6) - Overburden
The text should be updated to reflect the current status of the 0. B. testing
which was done above the Helen Portal.
If you have any additional questions, please see me.

3227F/sca
