Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On 19 July 2005, the Division has inspected the five sites remaining from Notice of <br />Intent CX-1996-219-O1 in Routt County. All five of the drillholes, pads and road spurs <br />aze eligible for release from liability. These sites aze FED-14, FED-55, FED-64, FED-65, <br />and FED-68. <br />Please note that no release of bond monies will accompany this release of liability <br />because the remaining bond monies will be held to cover wells that have been retained as <br />monitoring wells for possible future mine development. <br />The Division thanks you for accompanying the inspectlon.
