O. Box 1056, <br />Meeker, CO 81641, Telephone Number is 970-878-5371. The named <br />contact person is Darryl Stout. <br />The purpose of this technical revision is to increase the use of <br />the open pit to cover ahot-mix asphalt plant. <br />A. The use will be to operate ahot-mix plant for highway <br />construction materials to be made within the pit. <br />B. The hot-mix plant will take a set up period of not to exceed <br />two weeks and will be in operation for not to exceed thirty days. <br />
