A new recorded Deed of Trust reflecting the revised principal sum of <br /> $4,800,000.00. <br /> 2. A new Financial Warranty and Conditional Promissory Note For The Use <br /> With Deed of Trust in support of the Deed of Trust needs to be <br /> executed reflecting the adjusted appraisal amount less 15%; which is <br /> $4,082,000.00. One is enclosed for your use. <br /> 3 A Performance Warranty needs to be executed on our current warranty <br /> form for the Thornton Pit, Cherokee Ranch Pit, Sprat-Platte Ranch <br /> 1 Pit and South Dahlia Pit. Several are enclosed for your use. <br /> 4. A Title Insurance Polic in the amount of $4,800,000.00 for the <br /> deeded properties needs to be submitted to our Division. <br /> 5. The Financial Warranty/Corporate Surety Bond No. 23-000-531 in the <br /> amount of $408,200.00, for the 10% Administrative Reclamation Bond, <br /> only lists the Morrison Quarry as the "Operation: " (see first page <br /> of the Warranty) . This should be corrected to reflect all seven <br /> operations . <br /> Also, your company' s corporate seal needs to be affixed on the <br /> Corporate Surety as indicated on Page 5. <br />
