Based on the infonnation supplied, we believe the <br />present nature of [he proposed project area is such that no further impact [o cultural resources will <br />occur. Therefore, the undertaking may proceed upon approval of [he appropriate agency. <br />However, if previously unidentified azchaeological resources are discovered in the course of the <br />project, work must be interrupted until the resources are properly evaluated in terms of the National <br />Register of Historic Places eligibility criteria (36 CFR 60.4) in consultation with this office. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to continent.
