Please find an updated Applicant V iolator System (AVS) printout for Lorencito Coal Co LLC. As
Enclosure 1. This printout posts the information provided under the referenced interoffice
memorandum, and other information in the AVS file, with two exceptions. The exceptions are
phased to the operator per your request. (see m:\coal\kag\asrvw2.084)
Please find enclosed an updated (from information provided though your letter of Febmary I , 1999)
Applicant Violator System (AVS) printout for Lorencito Coal Co LLC. Please provide us with 1"
order documentation (copies of minutes of meetings, resolutions, or certified information) (or
the current (dates of) appointments (re-appointments) of Bruce Addington as Manager and
A. L. Perry as Manager, or revise page 2.03-2 (12/10/98), as may be appropriate. This request
is based on the following:
By page 2.03-2 of the permit, revised 12/10/98, A. L. Perry and Bruce Addington appear as
Managers of Lorencito Coal Company, LLC, with dates of appointment 9/96. The certitied
resolutionof 8 January 1999 does not include the appointmentsof A. L. Perry and Bruce Addington
as Managers. The certified corporate resolution (effective February 9, 1998) removed these persons
as officers. If these re-appointments aze confirmed, the AVS record (as should page 2.03-2) would
show a break in service (i.e., the positions would not appear as held continuously with an initial date
of appointment as 09/01!1996). (In this regard, dates of 9/96 of page 2.03-2 default to the first of
the month in the AVS database. Precise dates are preferred.)
