The
application was found complete on June 16, 1999. This Technical Revision addresses changes to
the Foidel Creek permit associated with an incidental boundary change, the addition of gateroads I 1
and 12, and face extensions in longwall panels 2R and 3R.
Information regarding this TR was sent to Larry Kline at the OSM earlier this month. Mr. Kline
informed me today that based upon the information provided by DMG, and in consultation with the
US BLM, the OSM has determined that this TR is a revision that will require modification of your
OSM mine plan. Within five days of receipt of this letter, please provide a copy of your application
to Lawrence Kline, US Office of Surface Mining, 1999 Broadway, Suite 3320, Denver, CO 80202.
Please also provide a copy of your application to Mr. John Husband, US Bureau of Land
Management, Little Snake Resource Area, 455 Emerson, Craig, CO 81625.
Sincerely,
.~~~~~G~~~~-~
Daniel I.
