Lang <br />Division Dun un <br />Enclosed you will fmd the Division of Minerals and Geology's Proposed Decision for Technical <br />Revision No. 24 at the Bear Mine. Notice of the proposed decision will be published in the Delta <br />County Independent as soon as possible. The first publication will initiate the ten (10) day public <br />comment period for the Division's decision. <br />Documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of the revision application <br />and any subsequent modifications were sent to the appropriate federal agencies. <br />The estimated liability amount of $5,292.00 for Technical Revision No. 24, when added to the existing <br />liability amount of $154,617.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done <br />so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $4,909.00.
