Re: Technical Revision - Permit ~M-83-141
Dear Mr. York-Feirn:
To confirm our conversation of August 13, 1992, the
referenced permit allows the co-permittees to screen and sort ore
on the Cash Dump. We request that the permit to be revised to
allow COM, Inc. to screen and sort at the millsite as well. This
option provides an alternative in the event that the screening/
sorting process at the dump became disruptive to the neighbors.
In certain conditions, this option provides a greater level of
safety to COM, Inc.'s workers as well.
COM, Inc. would not be disturbing any additional land other
than what is in the permit. If you have any questions please
call.
Gold Hill Ventures has executed this letter to evidence its
consent to changes sought by COM, Inc. The parties have agreed
to allocate their responsibilities for operations and permit
compliance, as between them, in that certain Milling Contract
dated February 13, 1991. The parties have further agreed that
the cost of obtaining, placing into effect, and complying with
the permit, as changed, shall continue to be allocated as
provided in that Contract.
As an amendment to the Milling Contract of February 13,
1991, the co-permittees have recently executed an agreement
allowing COM, Inc. to purchase dump ore from the Cash Mine dump.
As that Agreement is amendatory to their prior Contract, the
