Therefore, <br />notification to the Commissioners was sent by certified mail on November 5. A <br />copy of that letter is attached. Notice of the partial bond release will be <br />published in the Division's regular mailing for November. <br />In our conversation, you expressed some confusion regarding the Post Mining <br />Topography Permit Revision and requested documentation that Notice of <br />Violation No. C-87-019 had been vacated. In addition, you indicated that you <br />could find no documentation that the proposed decision had been sent to <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the permit revision approval form and pertinent <br />sections of the revision approval document.
