Maps ,tables, exhibits, and figures which were duplicated under the "Permit Renewal" and non-permit renewal headings have been deleted from the non-permit renewal sections of the permit as applicable with these changes specified in the revised Table of Contents. Page 776-1-1 as revised under PR01 should be inserted to replace original document pages 776-1 through 776-9. As indicated, all exploration work associated with this permit has been completed. Revised page 778-1 should be inserted in section 778 of the PR01/PR02 stand-alone document as the first page of this section. Pages 778-1-1 through 778-1-13 should follow as revised under PR01 and the subsequent Mid-Term review (MTR). These pages (778-1 through 778-1-13) can then be inserted into the original permit document to replace pages 778-1 through 778-9. Revised page 778-2 should then follow page 778-1-13. To incorporate PR02 materials in this section, pages 778-1-1 through 778-1-22(a) as revised under PR02 replace pages 778-1-1 through 778-1-13 as revised under PR01. To accomplish this, original document pages 778-10 through 778-12 should be replaced by pages 778-10-1 through 778- 10-21 as revised under PR01. Revised page 778-11 should then follow page 778-10-21. To incorporate PR02 materials in this section, page 778-10-3 as revised under PR02 replaces pages 778-10-3 through 778-10-21 as revised under PR01.
