<br />page 2 <br />The proposed Yoast South Expansion mine wi(I be approximately 1/2 mile above this <br />property in a tributary of Sage Creek. The topographic map shows intermittent water in <br />this drainage. Sage Creek, the main drainage, originates several miles above the proposed <br />mine site and the AVF field we aze discussing. <br />I agree with Mr. Valora and do not see a problem developing on this AVF land created <br />by the Yoast South Expansion. My main reasons are: <br />1. This is a small acreage (10-15 acres} and only generates about $1,125 annually. <br />2. The mine is not located in the main drainage of Sage Creek (see map). <br />3.
