Box 591, Somerset, CO <br />81434, has submitted a complete application for a <br />Technical Revision to their Mining and Reclamation <br />Permit No. C-007-B0. The application has been <br />submitted to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />The proposed revision is to allow for a variance to the <br />four (4) feet of cover rule for the Lower Refuae Pile <br />at the Mt. Gunnison No. 1 Mine. The refuse pile is <br />located in Section 15, Township 13 Sauth, Range 90 <br />West, 6th PM, and is approximately 1 mile East of <br />Somerset, Colorado on State Highway I33. The above <br />named Section can be found on the I'=2000' Q.S.G.S. <br />Somerset Quadrangle Map. <br />A copy of the application may be seen at the offices of <br />the Division or at the Gunnison County Courthouse, 200 <br />East Virginia Ave., Gunnison, Colorado 81230.
