<br />Thank you for pointing out certain omissions in the Revised Infornation List, on the referenced proposed
<br />decision form. I have checked the updated permit volumes, and I concur that the following information
<br />was incorporated into the permit during the renewal, and was inadvertently omitted from the decision form:

<br />In addition, a number of maps were deleted as a result of permit renewal updates. The following maps
