PUBLIC NOTICE <br />SUNNYSIDE GOLD CORPORATION, P.O.Box 177, SILVER'fON, CO. 81433, <br />(970) 387-SS33, has filed an application to Amend [hc Post Mining Land Use in the <br />Reclamation Plan for the American Tunnel facility for MLR Permit No. M-77-378 with <br />the Division ofMinerals and Geology and Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed affected <br />area is located in an azea of suspended survey protracted to be in the SW '/., Section 16, <br />Township 42 North, Range 7 West, New Mexico Principle Meridian, San Juan County. <br />The proposed Amendment changes the Post Mining Land Use for the American <br />Tunnel Area from rangeland to industrial.
