NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT AMENDMENT <br />FOR HARD ROCK/METAL REGULAR(112) OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />SAN JUAN COUNTY <br />Sunnyside Gold Corporation (the "Applicant/Operator") has applied for an Amendment <br />to MLR Permit No. M-78-378 from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (the <br />"Boazd") to change the Post Mining Land Use and reclamation plan for the American <br />Tunnel permit area in San Juan County. The attached information is being provided to <br />notify you of the location and nature of the proposed Amendment. The entire application <br />is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology ("the Division") and the local <br />county clerk and recorder. <br />The applicant/operatorpropows to reclaim the affected land to industrial use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32-I 16(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Boazd of County <br />Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board <br />would appreciate your comments on the proposed Amendment.
