This notice complies with the requirements <br />of Rule 1.62, and there do not appear to be any outstanding problems with <br />interim site stabilization under our performance standards. Therefore, I have <br />placed a notice of our receipt of your temporary cessation notice in the back <br />of the August 24-25, 1988 Board meeting agenda and have notified San Miguel <br />County of your proposed action. <br />Therefore, unless the Board has some question concerning your notice of <br />temporary cessation, you may presume that your second five-year temporary <br />cessation period is in effect as of September 1, 1988.
