Perini[ C-81-013 was issued <br />by the Division on June 22,1994. <br />The Golden Eagle Mine is located in Sections 20, 2l, 23 & 29, T33S, R67W. A total of 59 acres of surface <br />distwbance from mining is covered by a Coal Reclamation Bond in the amount of $1,530,000. The <br />permittee is applying for~and Division guidelines allow for the release o_ f up to 60% of the total bond <br />amount in a Phase I Bond release. <br />The Golden Eagle Mine ceased production on December 31, 1995.
