~ b>ar. David Berry, CMLRD • •
July 12, 1990 -page 3
ously approved by the Division, has been incorporated into permit section 4.9.2 (page 4-255).
Trapper proposes to eliminate the need for a minor revision each time a topsoil stockpile is changed
by providing the Division with correspondence and an updated map in our annual report section
5.0. Trapper will continue to provide a map showing proposed stockpile locations of stockpiles con-
structed or added to the previous year. This request will allow Trapper a bit more flexibility in
selecting the optimum sites for topsoil stockpile construction without the need for a minor revision
if the location differs from our proposed locations. In addition, this measure will save Trapper lime
and money during our busy construction season.
In response to the Divisions request for Trapper to update our topsoil stockpile maps to accurately
depict all storage locations with appropriate volumes is reasonable. However, Trapper requests tha[
these maps be provided in next years Annual Report to CMLRD and subsequent reports there
after. This would allow Trapper ample opportunity to ensure all topsoil stockpile quantities are
accurate and complete.
Section 6.0 -Livestock Ponds
Future submittals will have Trappers permit boundary.
David, please call if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
//i~i~l
William Agnew ff//////
Sr. Environmental Engineer
WA/jb [CMLRD~JULY12]
Enclosure
c: J.M.
