SUBURBAN SAND AND GEL CO. • PAGE 2
TECHNICAL REVISION
May 13, 1998
a total dewatering of the mined area would benefit the operation of
the mine. We also believe the dewater will stabilize the dike
between our operation and that of Albert Frei and Sons, Inc. On the
south. Removal of water will allow them to construct their liner
without having an inflow thru the gravel and we do not have to
worry about a dike failure along this line.
In addition, bank sloping will be easier for us to complete
and it will be easier for the Division to monitor concurrent
reclamation. The bond currently posted with the Division for this
mine is $68,800. Dewatering will not change the reclamation plan as
approved, but it will allow us to do the below water bank sloping
easier.
Attached is a check for $150.00 to cover the TR application
fee. If you have any question please call me at 421-0720 or Steve
O'Brian at 423-7297.
Sincerely,
SUBURBAN SAND AND GRAVEL CO.
~~°~~'
Dean Craft
President
cc Environment, Inc.
File
CERTIFIED RETURN
RECEIPT REQUESTED
ARTICLE N P 566 126 566
0
p0 = >
~= A S
a"~ x

it
a,
m
_m m
m m
0
11 ~
v
0
m
H
N

H
m
(~
it ,
3
'/, ~!
s
s
i, Z
0
-A
N
F-'
