Byron,
The additional time will allow for a complete and adequate submittal to be developed by Colowyo, and
reviewed by the Division. Issues requiring this extension include the absence of Colowyo's Electrical
Planning Supervisor until February 8th, and the delay in receiving the design schematics until late next
week. These issues along with incorporating the adequacy items into the submittal and allowing enough
time for the Division to receive and review the package; Colowyo respectfully requests to delay the
decision date until March 4, 2005. This extension will not alter the dates that were planned for retrofitting
the power poles, in accordance with the previously submitted schedule dated 1/31/05.
