The Division's original <br />Mazch ], 2000 questions are italicized, followed by the summary of the status of each question. <br />Items numbered 4 and 7 still need to be resolved. <br />1. As part of the PR-Ol adequacy review, Bowie Resources Limited (BRL) committed to <br />monitoring existing wells .i7.4, 57B, ~8A, and X88 (located down gradient of the proposed <br />longwall panels). <br />Wells 57A, 57B, .i8A, and .i88 have been added to ~~fap 09 -Hydrology tLlonitoring Location <br />Map. However, it does not appear that the permit application text has been updated <br />accordinglvwith information on samplingfregt2enciesand parameters. Because this issue is <br />relevant to TR-l3, please update the permit application to include this information. <br />The Division has no further concerns. Permit application page 2.05-76 had been updated, <br />through Permit Revision No. 3, and included the necessary information. <br />2. As part of the PR-01 adequacy review, BRL proposed to constructfive additional <br />monitoring wells during 2000 (located down gradient of the proposed longwall panels in <br />Sections 33 and 3~J). Two wells referred to as drill location 1P99-10 and three wells <br />referred to as drill location IP99-7A are proposed for construction during 2000. Please <br />update the status ojthese proposed wells and, if already drilled, please include them in the <br />approved monitoringplan through revised permit application pages. <br />The Division has no further concerns. BRL will drill the five wells in 2000, pending the <br />
