All comment and review periods began on the date of <br />~~_(,~/ sub` 1. The decision date for your application is February 4, 1 92. <br />Within ten (10> days after submittal, you must publish notice in a ewspaper <br />of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining opera ion once a <br />week for four consecutive weeks. Immediately after the first publi an on, <br />mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights to the <br />affected land and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of <br />the boundary of the affected land. Proof of the notice and mailing such as <br />Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division prior to the decision date. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it s adequate <br />to meet the requirements of the Act.
