IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ANDESITE ROCK COMPANY WITNESS LIST OF LANDOWNER HALLYN F. HALL The Landowner may call some or all of the following witnesses to testify as set forth below: 1. tdr. Hallyn F. Hall, Landowner, may testify as to the fact that he did not receive any notice of proceedings before the Mined Land Reclamation Board in 1981; the condition of his property prior to mining activity, the existence of water rights on the property, his intention in entering into certain agreements, the character of adjacent lands, the conduct of cattle operations on his ranch, the location of the South St. Vrain .River, and the construction of roads on the leased premises. 2. Mr. John A. Hall, son of Hallyn F. Hall, a rancher on the property. Mr. Hall.may testify to the pre-mining conditions and the character of and need for hay meadow as part of the ranching operation. Mr. Hall may also testify as to the matters noted above, in his father's testimony. 3. Mr. Richard Hall, son of Hallyn F. Hall. Mr. Hall may testify as to the matters presented in the testimony of Jolin A. Hall and Hallyn F. Hall. 4. Mr. James McArdle. Mr. McArdle may be called to testify as to conditions which he observed on the ground at the mining site including, but not limited to, the existence of roads, river channels, the location of mining operations and stock piles, and the conditions of the 1981 permit. The Landowner requests leave to amend this list of witnesses upon application to the Board and adequate advance notice to Andesite Rock Company. Respectfully submitted this 9th day of April, 1984.
