PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Oxbow Mining, LLC. (OMLLC), P.O. Box 535, 3737 Highway 133, Somerset, Colorado <br />81434, has filed a complete application to the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (CDMG) for a Technical Revision (TR-52) to its existing approved Permit No. <br />C-1981-022. TR-52 provides for construction updated as-built Hubbard fan facility <br />information. <br />OMLLC's approved permit area is located in Gunnison and Delta Counties and north of <br />the town of Somerset and the North Fork of the Gunnison River. OMLLC's current <br />permit area would be included on the areas presented by the Somerset and Bowie USGS <br />7.5 minute quadrangle maps and is generally described as follows: <br />Township 12 South, Range 90 West, 6`" PM <br />All or parts of Sections 29 - 32 <br />Township 12 South, Range 91 West, 6`" PM <br />All or parts of Sections 25 - 27 and 34 - 36 <br />Township 13 South, Range 89 West, 6`" PM <br />All or parts of Sections 6 and 7 <br />Township 13 South, Ranee 90 West, 6`" PM <br />All or parts of Sections 1 -12 and 17 <br />Township 13 South, Rance 91 West, 6`" PM <br />All or parts of Sections 1 - 3 and 11 - 13 <br />The permit area contains approximately 13, 180 acres of surface lands of which 5,551 <br />acres are located on private land and 7,629 acres are on Federal land. <br />Complete copies of the TR-52 application are on file at the CDMG offices located at <br />1313 Sherman Street -Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, Phone:(303) 866-3567; at <br />the Gunnison County Planning Office, the Delta County planning office and at the Paonia <br />Public Library. Comments or objections concerning the application for revision should be <br />directed to the CDMG at the above address not later than 10 days after the date of <br />publication of this notice in order to be considered.
