AM-001 <br />Please be advised that on June 20, 1994, Lake City Mines - LKA Intl, whose <br />address and telephone number are 3724 47th St Ct NW; Gig Harbor, WA 98335; <br />(206) 851-7486, filed an amendment application to add 1 acre to the Golden <br />Wonder Mine, Permit No. M-78-091UG. The mining and reclamation operation is <br />located at or near Section 10, Township 43N, Range 4W, New Mexico Prime <br />Meridian, in Hinsdale County. The application decision is scheduled for <br />July 20, 1994. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Hinsdale County Clerk <br />& Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10> days of <br />the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application <br />review process by the Division.
