Lochhcad
E+eanive D~mcmr
Michael 0. Long
Division Dlrecmr
The Division has completed a preliminary review of the materials submitted for Technical
Revision No. 33. With one exception, the materials submitted were found to be adequate.
P&M has noted, on revised page 1.0-1, that the permit area is incorrect on all maps except
Exhibit 1.01-I. Should a person reviewing portions of the permit application not refer first to
Section 1.0 of the application, the permit boundary revision would not be apparent. P&M
should include, for placement on each map (except Exhibit 1.0-1), a label which states that the
permit area has been revised, and that the revised boundary is shown on Exhibit 1.0-1.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
UVi'a
Susan L Burg ier
Environmental Protection Specialist
c: David Beverlin, Edna Mine
SLa\120695.
