MANAGEMENT <br />~~C~'~~® <br />AUG 1 71003 <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources Limited, enclosed is an application for a technical revision to <br />incorporate a stability study into the permit and remove some outdated information from the <br />permit. The stability study demonstrates the west mine reclamation has a safety factor in <br />excess of 1.3. The outdated material relates to rock slopes that were never constructed. <br />The following data are enclosed: <br />1. Geotechnical Engineering Study, Bowie No. 1 West Mine Reclamation, Lambert and <br />Associates, July 31, 2003 including a map titled As-Built Contour Map, West Mine. This <br />document is to be inserted into Volume 6, Phase II Stability Analyses Appendix. <br />2.
