Our initial review indicates that all <br />preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation <br />Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sec., have been submitted; thus your technical <br />revision application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on <br />the above date. All review and comment periods as•provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidentiai <br />information, must be filed for public inspection with the Delta County Planner <br />or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must also be made <br />in this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been <br />found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this <br />advertisement as specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations with the <br />exteption that the publication need only be run once. Proof of the <br />publication of the advertisement must be filed with the Division as soon as <br />available after the publication date. <br />The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to <br />determine whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of <br />meeting the requirements for purposes of adequacy. You will be notified as to <br />the Division's findings of adequacy or inadequacy of your revision <br />application.
