<br />Public Notice <br />~~ <br />San Miguel Counter Road Department; PO Box 426, Norwood, Colorado <br />81423, (303) 327-4835 has filed for a conversion from a current <br />limited impact p~:rmit to a regular operation with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclam~ition Act. The mine is known as the Norwood Pit <br />and is located in :iection 13, T45N, R13W, NMPM. <br />The proposed date; of commencement is upon approval of MLRD and <br />the proposed date of completion is estimated to be 2007. The <br />proposed future use of the land is rangeland.
