• i <br />Notice of Filing Application <br />For Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Permit <br />For a Conversion to a Regular (112) Operation <br />Notice to the Board of Supervisors of the local <br />Soil Conservation District <br />District 770 <br />San Miguel County <br />San Miguel County has applied for a conversion from a current <br />limited impact permit (~M-81-154) to a regular (112) operation <br />from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Hoard ("the Board") to <br />conduct mining oE~erations in San Miguel County. The attached <br />information is being provided to notify You of the location and <br />nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on <br />file with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division ("the <br />Division"). <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the affected land to rangeland. <br />Pursuant to C.R.:i. 34-32-116(7)(j) the Board is re4uired to <br />confer with they local Soil Conservation Districts before <br />approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board <br />would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
