• 2.0 PERMIT AMENDMENT ORGANIZATION This application for Amendment No. 8 is organized in the same manner as the application for Amendment No. 7. Volume I of this application begins with the List of Exhibits required by Rule 6.4 of the Rules and Regulations. The List of Exhibits contains information applicable to each requirement of Rule 6.4 or references the appropriate sections of the application to find more detailed information, or both. Following the List of Exhibits is this written Project Description. The Project Description document contains references, where appropriate, to more detailed evaluations and data sets that are specified as Appendices. These Appendices are provided in the Volumes II through VIIT following the Project Description. Volume IX contains information necessary for Teller County to review and approve the project activities. As previously discussed, this application is intended to address and satisfy all requirements of the Act and Rules and Regulations. All information necessary to review • activities proposed under Amendment No. 8 is contained in this document. Any reference to prior applications or approvals is for purposes of context and provides the background information necessary to understand these previous matters. Thus, references to previous submittals or approvals under M-80-244 merely is for convenience to the reviewer. The actual referenced submittals or approvals are available at the OMLR and at CC&V's offices in Victor. Colorado. This application for Amendment No. 8 consists of this volume containing the List of Exhibits and Project Description and seven other volumes of Appendices containing detailed analyses and descriptions. Another volume containing the information for Teller County consideration is being prepazed for submittal to the County. A table of contents detailing the contents of all volumes is provided in the front of each volume. The table of contents lists the title and volume containing each appendix. The table of contents for the individual appendices is located at the front of each appendix.
