<br />V. EXHIBIT E <br />A. Since the area according to the County is zoned residential, all reference to industrial has to <br />be removed until proof is provided to the fact that the area is zoned residential. <br />B. It is the understanding of the division from the narrative, that the Operator plansto salvage <br />available topsoil and growth medium within the area projected to be disturbed to be applied <br />during reclamation at a depth of 4 - 6 inches. <br />Vl. EXHIBIT G <br />A. Please refer to question A EXHIBIT D. <br />VII. EXHIBIT J -Vegetation Information <br />A. Rule 6.4.10(I)(a) required a description of present vegetation types, which include <br />quantitative estimates of cover and height for the principal species in each life form <br />represented (i.e.,trees,tall shrubs, low shrubs, grasses,forbes). It further requires under <br />6.4.10(1)(c), an estimate of average annual production for hay meadows and cropland, and <br />carrying capacity for rangelands on or in the vicinity of the affected land, if the choice of <br />reclamation is for rangeland. <br />Rule 6.4.10(2) requires the Operator to show the relation of the types of vegetation to <br />existing topography on a map in EXHIBIT C. <br />The only thing provided under EXHBIIT J is Page 39 of the soil survey copy for Chaffee <br />County, which describes capability unit of the different type soils. Please provide the <br />appropriate information as required by the Construction Materials Rules & Regulations. <br />VIII. EXHIBIT L <br />A. Please review the attached reclamation cost. To keep consistency in the calculation <br />of the financial warranty, the Division utilized seeding methods for both the Deeded <br />and BLM areas. In your cost estimates, you had selected broadcast for the deeded <br />and drill seeding, for the BLM area. If you which to utilize Broadcast seeding for <br />both areas, we have enclosed the cost of Broadcast seeding for both area.
