Long <br />Division Dnector <br />Enclosed you will find the Division of Minerals and Geology's Proposed <br />Decision Form for Minor Revision No. 154 at the Trapper Mine. The <br />proposed decision is fora partial approval of MR-154. Please note that <br />all of the revised pages and maps listed in Trapper's letter of January <br />29, 1997 are included in MR-154, except pages 1-5 and 1-6, which <br />involve the identification of interests. <br />Midterm review items which remain unresolved and which need to be <br />formally resubmitted as separate revisions, and which are currently <br />being reviewed by the Division, are: <br />1. Orphan topsoil stockpiles and excess topsoil, <br />2. Ash pit regrade plan, <br />3. Identification of interests. <br />Midterm review items which have been or are being reviewed through <br />revisions other than MR-154 are: <br />4. Midterm bond recalculation (MR-152 already approved), <br />5. Revegetation methodology (TR-71 being reviewed). <br />Items which remain to <br />reviewed at this time <br />6.
