Box 111 <br />Silt, CO 81652 <br />RE: NCEC Request for Hearing <br />(C-84-065) <br />Dear Mr. Mc Kenn is: <br />We have received your request for a public hearing for the purpose of <br />identifying potential mining related impacts to public road rights of way. <br />This hearing is pertinent to the pipeline technical revision (TR 6) and the <br />Lacey Loadout permit revision (PR 2), in relation to adjacent roads. <br />The hearing will be on April 18, 1991 beginning at 1:00 P. M, The hearing will <br />be held at the Garfield County Courthouse, Suite 301, <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.07.6(2)(a)(iv) of the Regulations for Coal Mining, the <br />hearing will be held for the purpose of allowing the Division to determine <br />whether the interests of the public and affected landowners will be protected <br />as the permit area extends to within 100 feet of a public road right-of-way. <br />Please contact Bill Crick or me if you have questions or comments. <br />Sincerely, <br />c'',~ , - <br />Steven G.
