Relocatign oP Pazshall 1!7ume to NPDES Site 017 t+nd Spring <br />Re-establtsfin~ent'sbNpDES Site 011. <br />During the final stages of construction of the sediment conttol ponds in dte Oak Gulch drainage, the parshall <br />flume for NPDES Site 017 was relocated downstream of the planned location. The flume is now located at ilte <br />lower end of the spillway, 400 feet notth of the planned location. Figure 4, 3 of 3, has been updated to reflect <br />this change, plus the location of sediment pond #1 has been added. <br />The spring that was located below the northernmost pond in the East Pyeatt drainage bu[ above the parshall <br />flume for NPDES Site 011 has re-established flows. This is the same situation that is encountered at Site 005. <br />There is a discharge through the flow measuring device, but not from the sediment control system. ton, we <br />feel the Special Conditions, as has been applied to Outfall 005 should also be applied to 011 [Permit Section <br />Also Jon, we would again like to request removal of the special conditions that are being applied to NPDES <br />outfall 005. This is anaturally-occurring spring that has been monitored since 1980. We feel sufficient <br />information has been gathered and reported to support this conclusion.
