Please ensure that <br />the application has an original signature, the receipt number (315612), and <br />reference to this supply plan. No fees will be assessed for this resubmittal. <br />2. The total surface azea of the lake seated afrer December 31, 1980 must not <br />exceed 4.5 acres, and uses must not exceed 7.14 aQe-feet of evaporative <br />loss, 4.41 acre-feet of water in the product, 0.70 acre-feet of water used is <br />washing, and 0.90 acre-feet of water used for dust suppression. Should the <br />total consumption at the pit exceed these amounts prior to the expiration <br />date of this plan, an amendment needs to be filed with this office. <br />3. The amount, location, and time of the required replacement from leased Ciry <br />of Golden water shall be provided in tabulaz form for the one yeaz period of <br />this plan. <br />4. Approval of this plan is for the purpose as stated herein. Any additional uses <br />for which the water may be used must first be approved by this office. <br />5. Adequate accounting of diversions and replacement must be provided to the <br />Division Engineer and Water Commissioner (Richard C. Robra, P.O. Box 567, <br />Golden, Colorado, 80402) on a monthly basis or other interval acceptable to <br />both of them. The accounting form provided with your application is subject <br />to modification and approval by the Division Engineer. All amounts shall be <br />in acre-feet. <br />6. The name, address, and phone number of a contact person who will be <br />responsible for the operation and accounting of this plan must be provided <br />to the Division Engineer and Water Commissioner. <br />7. This substitute water supply plan may be revoked or modified at any time <br />should it be determined that injury to other vested water rights has or will <br />occur as a result of this plan. <br />8. An application for a change in water rights and a plan for augmentation <br />must be filed with the Division 1 Water Court within two year's. This time <br />will allow you to find a more permanent augmentation supply. We will not <br />accept leased water for a permanent plan for augmentation unless a prepaid <br />long term contract with rights of renewal aze obtained. <br />9. Any replacement water which is the subject of the plan for augmentation <br />cannot be sold or leased to any other entity. The replacement must be tied <br />to the land containing the ground water pond for evaporation losses for as <br />long as the pond exists. This may be accomplished by recording a document <br />with the county. <br />
