No. 4C and No. 6 Water for <br />Dust Suppression: First Quarter 2004 Report <br />Dear Mr. Keffelew: <br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company ("CC&V") submits herein a summary of water used from <br />Ponds No. 4A, No. 4C and No. 6 for dust suppression and the location(s) of use. All water has been used <br />on the mine roads and on the Valley Leach Facility ("VLF') roads within the permit boundary. <br />This report covers the period from January 1, 2004 through March 31, 2004. Pond No. 4A usage was <br />27],000 gallons.
